The Vision
A CONNECTED, COMMUNITY GREENWAY
that would stretch from Big River Crossing to the Wolf River Greenway &
link the core of Downtown to the river.

PROTECTING WHAT WE CAN'T REPLACE
"Citizens should always have the best land first."
- Joseph P. Riley, Former Mayor of Charleston, SC
If we're not careful, we will lose Bluff City's Bluff, its authenticity, its natural beauty, and the public's right to enjoy it.
BROOKS MUSEUM'S PLAN BLOCKS A RIVERFRONT GREENWAY

The address: 65 S. Front Street
The proposed museum would cover the entire block from Union to Monroe and Front to Riverside, repeating earlier mistakes of blocking the center of downtown from the river and creating a dead-end to a connected, continuous riverfront greenway that allows access to the high bluff.
